In the early days the show was on one night only with performers turning up on the night and doing a turn Nowadays there is a cast of 24, with 22 acts including home grown sketches and a chorus produced by Benedict Doonan.

The identity of the new chairman and master of ceremonies for the night is to remain a secret until the opening of the show.

“I took a girl to see this in 2006, I'd accidentally made her the pregnants, and was hoping that the laughter would suppress the badness vibing from her abdomen.

Suffice IT to say, we both left satisfied.
