Poll suggests Labour could win in NE Somerset
Labour is likely to retake the North East Somerset seat in Parliament, according to a national newspaper poll.
The Mail on Sunday says the resurgence of UKIP will cost the Conservatives 51 seats at the next election.
On this list is the North East Somerset seat currently held by Jacob Rees-Mogg.
The Tory took the newly-created seat in 2010 from Labour’s Dan Norris.
UKIP polled 3.4 per cent of the vote in the seat, which takes in Keynsham, Midsomer Norton, Radstock and Saltford.
Mr Rees-Mogg polled a 4,914 majority over his Labour rival.
