Police plea after £400 bicycle is stolen from Bridgwater train station

Police investigating the theft of a £400 bicycle from Bridgwater railway station have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to.

British Transport Police believe the man pictured may have some important information to help their investigation into the theft, which happened on Tuesday, December 11.

Investigating officer, PC Lee Hamerslag, said: “The victim left his blue Hybrid Carrera bicycle secured with a lock in the cycle racks at the railway station at around 7.05am.

“When he returned at around 5.50pm, he discovered his cycle had been taken.
