A MOTHER and her children were shocked after witnessing a man inappropriately touch himself on a bus in Dorchester on Wednesday, August 25.
The woman was travelling with her young son and daughter and boarded the 212 Shoreline bus, which travels between Yeovil and Dorchester, at Trinity Street between 3.30pm and 4pm. The mother called the police at 4.35pm.
Police Constable Anthony Skeldon, of Dorchester police, said: “The woman and her children sat near the back of the vehicle. A man looked in their direction while he inappropriately touched himself. The victims moved seats, but were understandably shocked.”
The man is white, aged in his late twenties or early thirties, around six feet tall, of a medium build, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was wearing a navy blue beanie hat, blue jogging bottoms and a blue waterproof jacket.
The police are appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident, and anyone who has any information about the man, to contact them on 01305 222 222.
