DESCRIBED as a dynamic and versatile performer, Australian- Taiwanese pianist has been playing professionally since 2005 and has a diverse repertoire which led her to form Heard Behaviour a few months ago. The idea is to promote Western Art music through creative and innovative distribution in the 21st century. The term branches out to include music from the medieval period (500-1400) to present day composers.

Belle opened with Haydn's slight piano sonata in C minor Hob 16:20 which has a quiet introduction before the rhythmic section starts. The lyrical Andante is followed by a forceful finale and the whole work is over in less than a quarter of an hour.

Miriam Hyde, born in Australia in 1915, composed over 150 piano works amongst a prolific output. Her best known piece is Valley of Rocks, written in 1975. It was inspired by a visit that she made with her husband in 1974 to a small village near Lynton in North Devon where they are situated. This work was originally set as one of the test pieces at the Sydney Piano competition of 2005. Belle brought out all the different feelings in this short piece with great skill.

Liszt travelled extensively over Europe and in his Annees de Pelerinage he describes his visits. The first year it was Switzerland and the 6th of the 9 movements was Vallee D' Obemann which starts off gloomily and builds up to a terrific climax.

Josephine Yin – Fan Jin wrote Horae in 2011 especially for Ms Chen who gave the world premiere in Taepi in the same year.

The piece describes the hours in the day and the two excerpts chosen were Arktos (sunset) and Auge (sunrise).

In Ravel's Reflections each piece is dedicated to musical friends – No 4, commonly known as the Jesters Morning Song, is the best known and was given a bravado performance by the talented soloist.
