Peasedown St John couple's Oxfam wedding raises £1,700
The Peasedown St John couple who pledged to support Oxfam with an ethical wedding have raised £1,700 through their efforts.
Janine Woodland and Alastair Grant said "I do" at their wedding in Bath at the weekend with Janine wearing a dress bought in Oxfam and carrying a hand-knitted bouquet.
The couple say they are delighted their favourite charities have benefited through their wedding gift list.
This featured a host of items from the Oxfam fundraising catalogues.

For Janine the service and celebration was designed to be as ethical as possible to reflect her views.
She said: "It was absolutely fantastic and such a wonderful day.
"Everyone said it was really personal and loved the individual touches."
Janine estimated that the wedding cost them just short of £6,000.
