Paul lights up his home and garden for charity
Hundreds of people gathered outside a Somerset bungalow to see its 37,000 Christmas lights switched on.
Paul Toole has festooned his house and garden in Manning Close, Wells, with festive cheer for the last 10 years.
He has played a recording of American singer Judy Pancoast singing The House on Christmas Street for three years but paid for her to fly in and sing it in person.
Martin Roberts of BBC's Homes Under the Hammer threw the switch to transform the garden.
The lights and music will stay on until January 5, and donation boxes in Mr Toole's garden will help raise cash for the Make A Wish Foundation.
Paul's mother Rosemary said: "More than 400 people came and we raised £500 in one night."
