Heidi's father Michael Frank McGinty, 55, and brother Lee Michael McGinty, 25, both of Peony Road, Langport, deny murdering the father-of-three on Sunday, September 16, last year.

Mr Retallick, 35, formerly of Barwick, near Yeovil, was found dead on the Old Kelways Estate, in Langport, shortly after 9pm. A post-mortem revealed he had died of head injuries.
