Paul Retallick murder trial: Former partner due to give evidence
The daughter and sister of two men charged with the murder of a Yeovil-born man is expected to give evidence at their trial today.
Heidi McGinty, 26, is due to appear at Bristol Crown Court later to give her version of events which led to the death of her former partner Paul Retallick.
Heidi's father Michael Frank McGinty, 55, and brother Lee Michael McGinty, 25, both of Peony Road, Langport, deny murdering the father-of-three on Sunday, September 16, last year.
Mr Retallick, 35, formerly of Barwick, near Yeovil, was found dead on the Old Kelways Estate, in Langport, shortly after 9pm. A post-mortem revealed he had died of head injuries.
