Paul Retallick murder trial opens at Bristol Crown Court
The trial of a father and son accused of the murder of a Yeovil-born man last year has opened at Bristol Crown Court today.
Michael Frank McGinty, 55, and Lee Michael McGinty, 25, both of Peony Way, Langport, are charged with murdering father-of-three Paul Retallick.

Mr Retallick, 35, formerly of Barwick, near Yeovil, was found dead on the Old Kelways Estate, in Langport, on the evening of Sunday, September 16.
A post-mortem revealed he had died of head injuries.
