Paul Retallick murder trial delayed at Bristol Crown Court
The trial of a father and son accused of murder has been adjourned until tomorrow due to a juror feeling unwell.
Michael McGinty, 55, and Lee McGinty, 25, both of Peony Road, Langport, deny murdering Paul Retallick.

Mr Retallick, 35, formerly of Barwick, near Yeovil, was found dead at his former partner Heidi McGinty's Iris Way home on Sunday, September 16, last year.
This is the second time the trial has been delayed because of a juror feeling ill.

Michael McGinty's defence counsel was due to give its closing argument before the judge Mr Justice Burnett gave his summing up.
The trial will continue tomorrow at Bristol Crown Court.
