Rehearsals are well under way for Ali Baba and 40 Thieves – Shepton Mallet's pantomime this year.

Producer Carol Howarth said rehearsals are going well and ticket sales are increasing daily as the date gets nearer.

Performances are over half-term week at St Paul's School, Shepton Mallet, from Tuesday, February 14 to Saturday, February 18, at 7.15pm each night with a matinee performance also on the Saturday at 2pm.

Tickets are on sale at The Club Lounge in Paul Street, Shepton Mallet, every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, or call 01749 343567.

Tickets cost £10 for adults or £8 for children and concessions. A family ticket, which admits two adults and children, is £30.
