New website for chemo patients
FOR chemotherapy patients and their families, Life Mel has launched a brand new website, www.during-chemotherapy.org.uk, to provide information and advice about the complementary approaches, products and therapies that can be used alongside conventional treatment to help ease side-effects and boost wellbeing.
After talking to patients and customers, Life Mel found that many felt they had not had enough access to resources providing information about other complementary approaches that could be used to supplement their traditional treatment, which is why they began to put together the resource www.during-chemotherapy.org.uk.
By drawing on the experiences of others who have lived with cancer, as well as a bank of experts, this easy-to-navigate and reassuring site allows you to get involved with discussions, read expert opinions, share advice, contacts, stories and messages of hope with other chemotherapy patients.
Whether you are looking for nutritional supplementation and dietary information or a more hands-on therapy such as acupuncture, the site will guide you through and provide feedback from patients who have been there.
Fully interactive Life Mel encourages you to get involved. Your stories and recommendations are crucial to helping www.during-chemotherapy.org.uk grow and develop.
