Half way through his set he was unexpectedly joined by son Stanley, aged 16 months, but not for long as mum Jennie came to the rescue.

Rodney, aged 44, used to play guitar for the group The Blue Aeroplanes between 1988 and 1995.
In 1989 they supported REM during their UK tour and he played at many venues including Wembley and The NEC in Birmingham.
