Nathan Ralph: Automatic promotion a target for 'no fear' Yeovil Town
Having closed the gap to npower League One’s top two to just three points, Nathan Ralph believes there is no reason why Yeovil Town cannot achieve automatic promotion.
The young full-back proved the Glovers’ midweek hero, returning from injury as a substitute against Preston North End to inspire his team to victory.

In his first appearance since last October, Ralph fired his maiden goal to give Yeovil the lead in a clash they eventually won 3-1 to equal the club’s Football League record of seven consecutive victories.
Ralph, initially sidelined with a knee cyst that tore his meniscus before injuring his ankle in training, said the sky was the limit for the Glovers, who are still outside of the play-offs on goal difference.

He said: “This is the first time I have been involved in an atmosphere like this. The Yeovil fans are great and this is the first team I have really felt part of since playing football so I am happy.
“Confidence is growing each week and we have always had confidence since the start of the season.
“With these games recently and getting closer to the play-offs, that feeling is getting stronger. A lot of people are talking about play-offs but who knows? Champions? Why not? You never know.
“With a small squad everyone is involved all the time and that is the gaffer's philosophy. It definitely creates a no fear environment. We just get on with it, it is a great bunch of lads and that helps.
“We have just got to keep the momentum going. As we have shown we are good on bad pitches and other teams can't cope with that.”
The introduction of Ralph alongside fellow injury-victim Lewis Young on Tuesday helped turn the game against a Graham Westley side intent on slowing proceedings.
Ralph said: “Having been out for so long it makes it the perfect way to come back as Youngy and I have been working so hard in the gym.
“Everyone wants to start but I am more than happy play that part and if it gets the results then I am happy. Youngy and I are the same.
“It has been frustrating because sitting there watching games is hard as you just want to play. You get through it, you keep the banter going and moments like this are what you have been working for.”
