The court heard how Keen convinced people her aunt was the manager at Argos in Midsomer Norton and therefore had access to gift vouchers and a staff discount enabling her to get 40 per cent off the value of goods from the shop.
She managed to get her hands on £1,650 between October 31 and November 6 last year with the intention of keeping it for herself.

Keen was told she was being jailed for 26 weeks because of the seriousness of the offence and because it was a prolonged and planned offence against vulnerable neighbours whom she befriended.
The overall length of the sentence was increased to 36 weeks because Keen had breached two previous orders put on her by the court for theft.
The court was also told Keen had failed to carry out her unpaid work punishment as part of her previous sentences.
