Motorcycle club hands over £1,000 cheque to air ambulance
Wells Classic Motorcycle Club members held their annual general meeting and awards presentation, at an enjoyable social evening at the Britannia Inn on Saturday.
Club chairman Chris Weeks, along with several members, presented a cheque for £1,000 to Somerset and Dorset Air Ambulance. The cheque was received by Colin Thomas.

The donation was made possible by the generous support of many local businesses, and over 130 entrants from various parts of the country that took part in the club's second annual Tortoise and Hare Run this summer.
The run is based in Wells and goes through some of the outstanding local countryside. The third annual run will be on June 9 next year.
