GLASTONBURY Football Club are continuing to look to raise funds for their clubhouse with a series of music nights at the Abbey Moor Stadium.
The new committee and management team are spending long hours working on building up the profile of the club once again.
On Saturday, the ever-popular Beatles cover band The Moondogs will be appearing at the Abbey Moor Stadium, having recently played a major part in the sell-out Sensational Sounds of the Sixties show at Strode Theatre, in Street.
The group have also played as a support to the 1960s hit makers the Barron Knights and the leader of the group Pete Langford acclaimed the Moondogs as the finest Beatles cover group he had seen.
The Moondogs sell-out venues wherever they play and if you are a Beatles fan, come and enjoy all the hits, B sides and popular album tracks made famous by the Fab Four.
Tickets can be bought on the door at the Abbey Moor Stadium on Saturday and the evening of popular live music gets underway at 8.30pm.
