Shepton Mallet minerals and waste drop-in session postponed
Snow and ice have led to a drop-in consultation session about minerals and waste, which was due to take place on January 24, being cancelled.
Anyone interested had been invited to go to the Peter Street Rooms, in Shepton Mallet to discuss Somerset County Council's Minerals Preferred Options planning policy.
Because of the hazardous weather conditions the county council has reluctantly decided the session should be rescheduled. A new date, probably in February, will be announced shortly.
