Pasty champ is a UFO – Unlimited Funny Object

Cornish funnyman, maverick, raconteur and pasty champion Kernow King will make comedy history tonight when he becomes the first comedian in the UK, quite possibly the world, to perform live in a UFO. The UFO is a 60ft themed mobile venue based on a spaceship design, with a podium for performers, sunken auditorium and balcony viewing arena. The UFO also boasts a fantastic sound system and acoustics – perfect for Kernow King's wry take on Cornish life. The charity night at the Sandsifter in Hayle will feature a charity auction in aid of Cornwall Hospice Care and St Julia's Hospice, Hayle. Tickets for the charity event, which starts at 7pm, are limited and are priced at £10. Call 01736 757809.
