Midsomer Norton staff scale tower for zip-wire challenge
Six staff members from a Midsomer Norton-based charity braved a 100m zip wire to raise money for their cause.
The team from SWALLOW, South West Action for Learning and Living Our Way, took on the challenge at Cranmore Tower on Saturday.
It was in aid of the charity's Twenty for 20 campaign, which is trying to raise £20,000 to celebrate two decades of the charity working in the community.
Human resources manager Michelle Cox said: "The experience was exhilarating, from the top of the tower there was a fabulous view and it did seem to be a frighteningly long way down but I knew that I was safe in the harness.
"It was great to achieve this along with my friends from SWALLOW."
The money raised will be split between SWALLOW, which helps support people with learning difficulties, and SOS Children's Villages who organised the event.
