Midsomer Norton club doorman to stand trial for threatening behaviour
A doorman at a popular Midsomer Norton night spot will stand trial after pleading not guilty to using threatening behaviour when dealing with revellers.
Charles Garratt, 26, of Tor View Avenue, Glastonbury, appeared before magistrates in Bath last week charged with the public order offence relating to an incident outside Fat Sam’s on August 11 last year. The charge relates to an alleged altercation in the High Street with a man who had been thrown out of the club.

Garratt, who was unrepresented by a solicitor at the hearing, was remanded on unconditional bail until April 2.
