Man who damaged ancient Priddy Circles sentencing delayed
The sentencing of Roger Penny, who was found guilty of damaging prehistoric Priddy Circles in Somerset has been adjourned for a third time, until next month.
Penny, 73 of Back Lane, Litton, pleaded guilty at South Somerset Magistrates Court in May to permitting the execution of works affecting the scheduled monument in the Mendips.
