Weston-super-Mare MP John Penrose is urging residents not to miss having their say on National Grid's plans for new power lines and pylons in North Somerset.

The power company's public consultation, extended after the publication of extra information on the routes, is due to finish on July 23.

Mr Penrose said: "I'd like to urge anyone who is concerned to respond as soon as possible."
