Luke wins age group
Frome Triathlon Club's Carl Luke took part in the USN VO2 Triathlon at Dorney Lake recently.
He completed the 1.5km swim, 42.4km cycle and 10km run in 2hrs 18mins 5secs to finish top in his age group and 13th overall.
Luke completed the swim in 25 minutes, the bike ride in 1:09:35 and the run in 41:15 to set a new personal best over the Olympic distance, as well as a new PB for a 10k run.
