Lorry drained of fuel by thieves in Peasedown St John

Police are warning vehicle owners to take extra care after a lorry was drained of fuel in Peasedown St John.

Around 300 litres of diesel were stolen from a MAN lorry which had been parked outside Peasedown St John Primary School on Bath Road between Saturday, February 2 and Monday, February 4.

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said the force is keen to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity near the lorry. Drivers were encouraged to ensure they park vehicles in well-lit areas.
