Lacey living Cup dream
The FA Cup dream is well and truly alive for Shepton Mallet footballer Ben Lacey, who will be taking on the might of League One side Norwich City on Saturday.
Lacey, who plays for Zamaretto Southern League side Paulton Rovers, helped book his side's place in the first round proper with a man-of-the-match performance against Chippenham Town in the fourth qualifying round, with Rovers winning the tie 3-0 and Lacey getting his name on the scoresheet with the second goal.

The 18-year-old pacey right midfielder started his footballing career at Shepton Mallet FC when playing for the under-11s and he progressed through the age groups to the under-16s, eventually representing the senior team for a couple of seasons under manager Kevan Davis before making the jump up two divisions to play for Paulton Rovers.
"I can't wait – the whole team are really excited," said Lacey.
"It was a big step up for me when I moved from Shepton to play for Rovers, but I'm really enjoying it and the Norwich draw is a dream come true."
The former St Paul's and Whitstone School pupil will also be making his television debut, as the match – from Rovers' Winterfield Road ground – is being screened live on ITV 1 (12.45pm) after the site passed the FA's inspection last week.
Lacey said: "I'm hoping my family and mates will be able to watch the game live, although we don't yet know how many tickets as players we're allowed, but I'm sure many of them will be there to support me. It's definitely the highlight of my career and I'm really excited."
Norwich City, nicknamed the Canaries, currently occupy fifth place in League One and Paul Lambert's men will no doubt bring a vociferous support to Somerset when they arrive in Paulton tomorrow.
"It's going to be a great day and the atmosphere will be great – I think they expect around 2,000 people to be in the crowd, that's amazing," Lacey said.
