Kent man Russell Leeke facing Glastonbury criminal damage charges
A FORTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD man has been ordered to stand trial accused of an offence of causing criminal damage to a car in Glastonbury.
Russell Simon Leeke, of Four Elms Road, Edenbridge, Kent, appeared before Somerset Magistrates, sitting at Yeovil.
He denied an allegation that on September 25 at Glastonbury he damaged a black Seat Arosa belonging to Kestrel O'Connell.
A pre trial review was conducted and the matter was adjourned until December 9 when the trial will take place.
