Improved horse inspires fixture
THERE is a free day's racing on offer at Fontwell Park tomorrow – if your name is either Hunt or Ball.
That is a novelty feature of the meeting at the West Sussex course dedicated to the chaser's exploits in the 2011-12 National Hunt season when he was the most improved horse in training.
First race at the fixture sponsored by bookmakers Paddy Power is due off at 1.10pm, after Hunt Ball - trained by Keiran Burke at Ash - has been paraded to racegoers.
