Frome Ladies 3rd XI put in an improved display following their 4-0 defeat to Wells City Acorns earlier in the season but were edged out by a second-half goal.

The home side looked determined to control the game in the first half, enjoying the majority of possession, and the match was goalless at the interval.

Both teams looked to break the deadlock in the second half and Frome began to lose concentration as passes became less controlled.
