Horacio Agulla: I want that winning feeling again at Bath Rugby
As one of the few Bath squad members used to contesting major honours, Horacio Agulla hopes to help his team-mates buck that trend in the next fortnight.
During his two seasons at Leicester Tigers, the Argentinean winger played in two Aviva Premiership finals and won last year’s LV= Cup, which included beating Bath at The Rec in the semi-finals.

Horacio Agulla wants more silverware
Agulla now wants to continue his own success story in the competition when Bath visit Harlequins in the last four tomorrow.
“Winning trophies and medals are the things that stay in your memory forever,” said Agulla. “It was great to win the LV= Cup last year, so I know how it feels and I want to win it again. It’s a great sensation and a great feeling.

“Now we have a massive game against Quins. They are the Premiership champions and have a great bunch of players, so we have to be very focussed. We’ve been training pretty hard and doing all the analysis on them. Everything is ready and I’m really looking forward to it.”
Bath’s improved recent form has coincided with a more expansive game which has seen them run in 19 tries in their last five matches. Agulla hopes to be among the scorers at The Stoop, but a win is the priority.
“It’s been great to get more ball in hand and be able to run more – the coaches have given us a lot of confidence,” said the 42-cap Pumas international.
“We have a lot of real quality players and we have to use them. At the moment we are and playing some good rugby.
“When you get the ball with the tryline in sight it’s one of the greatest feelings in rugby. I hope I can see it on Saturday.
“But it’s a team thing and I don’t care if I don’t score. If we win, I’ll be happy.”
