Homeless youngsters to get project help in Somerset
The 150 young people either homeless or at risk of it in Somerset are to benefit from a new scheme in the county.
Councils have joined housing providers to offer a range of accommodation as well as support and advice to young people to help them into training or employment, improve their physical and emotional wellbeing and encourage them to live independently.
Pathways to Independence, will be delivered by youth housing providers in the five districts.
