Gulliver into semi-finals
Trina Gulliver overcame Julie Gore in the quarter-finals of the Ladies' World Championship on Monday to set up a mouthwatering last-four clash with defending champion Anastasia Dobromyslova.
The Cheddar ace, nicknamed the Golden Girl, cruised to a 2-0 victory over the Welsh third seed to set up a rematch of last year's semi.
Russia's Dobromyslova prevailed when the two battled it out on the oche 12 months ago, denying Gulliver, pictured, a tenth title at the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green before going on to lift the trophy herself.
The duo will face off for a place in the final against either Lisa Ashton or Sharon Prins when the semis get under way today.
