The Griffin beer festival
This October, The Griffin pub will be hosting a beer festival to celebrate the new release of The Good Beer Guide 2014.
The Griffin are proud to announce that they are the only pub in Frome to be listed in The Good Beer Guide 2014, for the amazing quality of all the range of ales sold at the pub.
The Good Beer Guide is fully revised and updated with details of more than 4,500 pubs across the country serving the best real ale annually.
Organisers say: "Although people in Frome know that The Griffin is the home of Milk Street Brewery and the award winning ales, this beer festival will be giving you the chance to enjoy some of the country's best beers, from near and far.
"The Griffin beer festival will run Friday, October 11 to Sunday, October 13, with live music, fresh food, exciting games and competitions, and of course, lots of real ale, with more than 20 different ales to try.
"This beer festival will also give you the chance to have your say about the ales available in The Griffin, with voting slips to judge which ale you think is best to be a regular guest ale served at your favourite local."
