Glastonbury and Street crews tackle loading shovel fire in Meare
Firefighters from Glastonbury and Street had an early start this morning when equipment caught fire at Ashcott Road, Meare.
Crews were called out before 6.30am to reports of a loading shovel on fire.

A fire brigade spokesman said the loading shovel was severely damaged by fire and four breathing apparatus and two hose reels had to be used to put out the blaze.
