The purchase of the ticket for the event on Sunday, June 29 2014 includes travel to the festival site by bus, so applicants must specify which stop they would like to be picked up and dropped off from.
They can choose from Castle Cary, Cheddar, Frome, Radstock, Glastonbury, Midsomer Norton, Shepton Mallet, Street and Wells.
The tickets are £80, the same price as in 2013.
Children aged 6-12 are admitted into the festival for free but need to book a seat on the bus at a cost of £10.
There is free admission for children under six.
Tickets are not allocated on a first come first served basis, but applicants will be drawn from a hat after the closing date on Friday December 6.
This is just the application for Sunday tickets and not the application for full festival local residents’ tickets, which will be advertised in March 2014.
