Gary Johnson reveals secrets of making Yeovil Town staff work together
HONESTY and communication are at the heart of making Yeovil Town's new management team work according to boss Gary Johnson.
The manager has been in charge of the Glovers for almost a month, after being appointed in early January to help the club stave off relegation.

CLUB RETURN: Yeovil Town coach Darren Way surveys Saturday's action from the touchline for the first time since recovering from illness
Former boss Terry Skiverton became assistant, with previous number two Nathan Jones and coaches Darren Way and Gareth Stewart also retained.
Johnson has been quick to stamp his mark on the Yeovil squad, attracting four new faces while allowing two loanees to return and releasing captain Paul Wotton.
Despite large changes to what was a team constructed by his predecessor, Johnson said there was no air of resentment at Huish Park.
He said: "There cannot be any awkwardness because they (players) cannot see any of that among the staff, or that the chemistry is not right or if someone has a different opinion to somebody else.
"How you make that work is that as a staff we discuss things first so we are all in agreement. If we then agree to differ then you have to go with the main man as he is in charge, but everybody gets their say. The good thing is that nobody has got any ulterior motives, we all want this football club to stay in this division at this moment in time. All our energies have been put in to that effect.
"We are enjoying each other's company, because we are in each others' company a lot at the moment and that is not in a restaurant somewhere, that is here looking at our computers and phone messages trying to get a squad."
Johnson added that his team's unity had to be reflected in the rest of the club, if the Glovers are to stay in npower League One.
"You cannot afford anyone at the club who does not have the club at heart because they became that Judas figure, if you like, that mucks up everything," he said. "You have to find those characters and say 'actually, you are working against everybody'."
