Gary Johnson 'gutted' after Yeovil Town's JPT exit at Leyton Orient
Yeovil Town manager Gary Johnson said he was “gutted” after seeing his side lose 1-0 to Leyton Orient in their Johnstone's Paint Trophy area semi-final last night.
The Glovers were dumped out of the competition by a late David Mooney header, after he found himself unmarked in the box.

He said: “I’m just really gutted - I’m gutted as a manager because I don’t like losing games, certainly not scrappy games and I think you have to do a little bit more today to earn a result somehow and it didn’t happen.
“We have to say we didn't do very well on the day, our supporters did a lot better than us.”

Yeovil went close in the second period with a speculative Gavin Williams effort from distance but created little else in the half to give the 815 vociferous away supporters some cheer.
“We’ve worked very hard to try and get our supporters here and we all saw as a club that it would be a good one to get through to the next round," said Johnson.
“We’ve got a lot to do and we’ve got a bit of soul searching to do .
“Unfortunately we had a few that didn’t turn up, I don’t think they mean not to turn up but we certainly didn't play anywhere near how we were playing in the last couple of weeks."
Yeovil return to league action on Saturday with a tricky contest with Sheffield United.
