Gary Johnson: Yeovil Town won't rush into loan transfer market
Gary Johnson will not be forced into a panic signing, insisting he will only add to his Yeovil Town squad if the right player becomes available.
The Glovers host Tranmere Rovers in npower League One on Saturday with doubts hanging over experienced pair Jamie McAllister and James Hayter.
They enter the game on the back of two away matches at Doncaster Rovers and Colchester United that ended both their eight-game winning run and unbeaten start to 2013.
Captain McAllister and striker Hayter picked up ankle and foot injuries respectively in the 1-1 draw with Doncaster and missed the 2-0 defeat at Colchester.

Despite their absence being felt and Yeovil’s side boasting an average age of barely 22 at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, Johnson said he would not make any rash moves ahead of the visit of their play-off rivals.
“People are going to say that when you get beaten,” he said. “But this group has got us to where we are now. If the right one comes along we will look at it.
“There are a lot of people panic loaning and there are boys that have been out on loan lots of times over the years and they are the ones going around still.
“You have got to make sure that the ones you bring in are ready to be brought in. They have got to be match fit and of your type.
“I don’t want to bring in someone who is going to mess up the dressing room. They know what it’s all about and hopefully they can turn it around again.”
