Despite their absence being felt and Yeovil’s side boasting an average age of barely 22 at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, Johnson said he would not make any rash moves ahead of the visit of their play-off rivals.
“People are going to say that when you get beaten,” he said. “But this group has got us to where we are now. If the right one comes along we will look at it.
“There are a lot of people panic loaning and there are boys that have been out on loan lots of times over the years and they are the ones going around still.
“You have got to make sure that the ones you bring in are ready to be brought in. They have got to be match fit and of your type.
“I don’t want to bring in someone who is going to mess up the dressing room. They know what it’s all about and hopefully they can turn it around again.”
