“We work very hard to find out characters,” he said. “We have done a couple quite quietly bringing in new signings. (Middlesbrough loanee) Matt Dolan we can keep until the end of the season and we have managed to keep Dan Burn until May.
“Quietly and quite cleverly we have done some good business and I am really pleased where it has taken us because we are going to into every game confident and we know this group of lads won’t let us down. They may have a bad game but they will put in 100 per cent all game.”
Johnson added he was looking forward to travelling to the Ricoh Arena, a ground where he won four times and drew once from five meetings whilst at Bristol City.
The Glovers were scheduled to play Oldham Athletic on Tuesday but heavy snowfallforced its postponement.
He said: “It’s a great stadium and although it never looks full there are always quite a few people there.
“We had some good results there with Bristol City so it’s a pleasant place for me and I always look forward to it. So by the time Saturday comes we will make sure that they are looking forward to it.
“We were ready to play the game against Oldham and it’s just disappointing when you don’t play a game.”
