Framptons and Dyne Drewett Solicitors go pink for charity
TWO Shepton Mallet businesses showed their support for breast cancer charities by wearing pink to their workplace.
Members of staff from liquid foods processor Framptons raised over £170 for Breast Cancer Campaign and Dyne Drewett Solicitors raised £55 money for the Breast Cancer Awareness.
Wear it Pink Day is Britain’s biggest and pinkest fundraising day and enables people to have fun and raise money for women with breast cancer. Despite recent advances, breast cancer is still the most common cancer. Every year it claims the lives of 12,000 women, and 50,000 more are diagnosed.
