The Hecks family has been making cider for six generations, since 1840.

It's very much a family affair, with Chris and Andrew doing everything from collecting and pressing the apples to selling in the shop.
It is the fourth time the family has won the cup for the farmhouse cider.
The Devon County Show attracts around 100,000 visitors each year and is an important showcase for farmers and traders.
"We were thrilled to have won, as we were up against some stiff competition," said Chris Hecks, from Hecks Farmhouse Cider.
"But we were very proud to bring back the cup for the fourth time; it's a huge achievement and it's lovely to be recognised for the work we put into our cider.
"We make our cider by blending juice from apples all grown locally in our orchards.
"The cider is fermented in wooden barrels and sold draught from the wood.
"It's a natural product with no water or yeast added, just pure apple juice with a sweetener added to our medium or sweet ciders.
"We're one of the few cider farms to still to use the old traditional methods of cider making – but we keep winning awards an cups, so it goes to show that there's something in the old methods."
The family produces 30,000 gallons a year, and the cider has won awards from the Campaign for Real Ale, the Devon County Show, the Colchester Real Ale and Cider Festival and The Welsh Cider and Perry Society, amongst others.
"It was brilliant to win the award and we're all very proud," said Chris.
"We don't get to keep the cup, and will have to give it back next year – or just make sure we win again."
