Oxjam is Oxfam's month-long music festival, which runs throughout October.

Hundreds of events take place across the country and the Mid Somerset Oxfam group have organised a folk jam session in the King's Head in Wells.

It is tomorrow night from 8pm till late and among the performers will be Cosafolk.

The first Oxjam festival took place in October 2006.

Oxjam has raised over £1.75 million in total for Oxfam

Entry is free with donations welcome.

The idea is to use local music to have a global impact.
