Finishing touches made to floats for 2012 Bridgwater Carnival procession

The carnival, the biggest illuminated parade in Europe, is preparing for a surge in visitors after moving from Friday.

Tonight sees a firework display at 7pm and music all day Saturday. The parade starts at 7pm and finishing with the famous squibbing at 10.45pm.
