Farmer advice given on Cheddar-Wedmore-Westhay multi track
The plan to safely connect Cheddar to Westhay for walkers, cyclists and horse riders is getting advice on routing.
A local farmer has been lending the Wedmore Green Group’s sub group some advice on best ways to go and obstacles to avoid.

A multi-track from Cheddar to Westhay would get pedestrians off the busy B3151
The working party is also in touch with Natural England and Somerset County Council about possible funding.
Bristol Water welcomed the idea of tying in the multi trail into its Cheddar Reservoir Two plans, which will involve trails around its proposed southern location.
