METHODIST churches in Yeovil and Sherborne are holding a series of travel-theme family activity days in the two towns, starting tomorrow.

The events run from 10am until 2pm each day, and offer crafts and games for the whole family.

The first will be held at Preston Road Methodist church, Yeovil.

A seaside theme event will be held at Cheap Street church in Sherborne on Wednesday, followed by a safari theme day at Vicarage Street Methodist Church in Yeovil on Thursday.

On Friday, August 20, there will be a jungle theme at St Mark’s Methodist Church on Chelston Avenue in Yeovil.

All activities are free, although there is a small charge for refreshments. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
