Fairytale celebration for players
SNOW White and her seven dwarves will be making their way to Portishead next month.
The production of the classic fairytale is being put on by Portishead Players as part of its 90th anniversary season.

The pantomime, by Alexandra Slater, tells the story of Snow White and her jealous stepmother, complete with kindly dwarves, beautiful heroine and evil queen.
The amateur dramatic group is taking on the challenge of a new stage version of this famous tale, bringing to their audience a fresh adaptation, full of fun and music.

The show, directed by Kate Strong, takes to the stage of the Somerset Hall from February 14-16 each evening with a matinee on Saturday.
