On Monday at 2pm a historic view of Wells is offered by looking at the rock types used in and around the Cathedral Green.
It will be a guided walk with David Rowley and is £3 per person.

On Friday, September 6, Peter Glanvill will give an illustrated talk called the Rushing Waters and The Frozen Deep.
It is about the fascinating world of caves beneath the Cheddar Catchment, including photographs of the largest cave chamber so far found.
The talk is at Wells and Mendip Museum AT 7.30pm.
