Ex-serviceman set for the ride of a lifetime
A retired serviceman is riding more than 1,000 miles of the hardest cycle routes in the UK over ten days to raise money for soldier's charity, Afghan Heroes.
Peter Buckley will be taking on the treacherous roads of The Wessex Way, The Sarn Helen Trail, The Coast-to-Coast and The Scotland Way for the charity.
He begins with The Wessex Way in Weston-super-Mare on August 26 and rides 250 miles and finishes off at Beachy Head, Eastbourne.
