The result of this match was a foregone conclusion, with visitors Glastonbury A bottom of the table and fielding only nine men.

Cranmore's Stuart Robertson hit 78, including three sixes and nine fours, while Richard King added 48 and Steve Allen hit a six in his 42.

Whittle (1-78) and Tuck (4-34) did all they could with the ball for the visitors but it was an uphill struggle as Cranmore totted up 257-6.

In reply, Glastonbury did not get going at all as their batsmen fell at regular intervals, Anthony Pang taking six wickets for just three runs. The match was concluded in the 16th over.

It was the youngsters that gained most from this match, with Miller, Keene, Berryman, Maine, Chislett, Hunter and eight-year-old Cameron Robertson playing well
