Ella Marie Burch has qualified to represent England at the World Baton Twirling Championships
In her first year competing in the senior category, Burch will represent her country in solo one-baton, rhythmic twirl and super X strut.
She will also be part of the England team for the junior dance team, senior dance team, senior twirl team and twirling corp competitions.
The event will provide a tough test for Burch against some of the best twirlers in the world, mainly from the US.
In her last year in the junior category, Burch finished in the top ten of her four individual events at the European Championships in the Czech Republic. Her best result was fourth place in the solo two-baton event.
Also competing in the senior solo one-baton event at the World Championships will be Burch's coach Dana Crooks, who she would like to thank for her help.
